Return Eligibility

Normally, we do not accept returns.
However, in exceptional cases such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will issue store credit only if the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or store credit:

  3. Attach photos of the damaged product and packaging
  4. Provide your order number and reason for return

We will respond within 48–72 hours to confirm eligibility.

Refunds

If your return is approved, you will be issued store credit equal to the value of the item (excluding shipping charges).

Store credit will be sent to your account email and does not expire.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns:

  • Customized or special-order items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
